Socialism

Merriam-Webster's Online Dictionary describes Socialism as
1: any of various economic and political theories advocating collective or governmental ownership and administration of the means of production and distribution of goods.
2 a: a system of society or group living in which there is no private property.
2 b: a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state.
3: a stage of society in Marxist theory transitional between capitalism and communism and distinguished by unequal distribution of goods and pay according to work done.

Coincidence?

The government currently owns 60% of GM. Once known as General Motors, it should now be referred to as Government Motors. After years of forcing the auto industry to adhere to government demands and regulating manufacturers into making cars that no one wanted, (with the help of the "hands on" Democrats) the government destroyed the American auto market. The Obama administration also just decided that the auto industry needs to be scaled back. Take a guess what dealerships will be closed first.

Already starting to strike the opposition by cutting off a major political donation source.

The government has also taken stake in numerous banks, wiping out shareholders and unbelievably considering setting up similar loaning rules that sparked the banking and housing collapse that we are in now. This happened because Democrats wanted everyone in the country to own a home. Even the people who couldn't afford one. Buying votes at the tax payers expense.

The Democrats are using a ridiculous "theory" like Global Warming to scare sheeple into thinking the earth is heating up when it is actually cooling down. Doing this to "tax the shit" out of EVERY American forever. As long as we live, we would be forced to pay taxes for everything we do that requires energy. Energy that the government will provide to us. Basically, if you use electric, gas, or coal, you are screwed. The Democrats are forcing us to use alternative energy sources that are not even available on a mass scale yet, or before the new sources are even fully developed. This will cost the average household an extra $4,000 per year in energy taxes. To stop the earth's pre-existing course? Brilliant.

Socialized Health Care. The word is in the freakin' title! How could anyone read an article on "Socialized Health Care" and not connect "Socialism" and "Socialized Health Care?" The media spins the words and uses title's such as "Health Care Reform", and "Universal Health Care" but it's all the same. During the scam-lection, Obama promised his hordes of leeches health care. Who did you think was going to pay for this? Obviously not the people who don't pay any taxes. Where's the incentive for them to do something for themselves? If they could get off the couch from inside the Welfare Office, or walk out from a vacant building to vote for you, then you should motivate them to get a job. I don't want to pay an extra $2,100 per year for someones health care because of a political payback.

Even the late, great Ronald Reagan had something to say about this.

http://www.dailyuprising.com/blog/dailyscreening/1961-ronald-reagan-speaks-socialized-medicine/

The current administration wants more control of private businesses, and complete control of the energy market. All while wanting us working folk to pay the way for those who don't work at all. And now they propose private sector pay limits?

Here are some other "coincidences"

“Czar” is a Russian word to identify the one ruler who has absolute power to enforce laws. Obama has 18 Czar's so far. Little weird that an American (I use that word loosely) would use the title "Czar"to give his hellions isn't it?

http://www.thedailybeast.com/blogs-and-stories/2009-04-21/get-to-know-obamas-czars/p/

Obama worked for ACORN, admits reading Marxist literature, has a slew of socialist "acquaintances", and his agenda is obviously Socialist, but some people choose to ignore it (thanks to a biased media.) Take a look and see if any of these facts are what's going on now in this country.

You won't hear about this stuff from the mainstream media. Why would they report anything negative and true regarding their candidate? An unqualified and deceitful candidate that they carried through the election and into the presidency.

Lifelong government ass poundings

Cap and Trade, Cap and Tax, Crap and Tax, Trap and Tax, whatever you call it, it's all the same. Lifelong government ass poundings.

I don't think some of you actually realize what was passed today in the House. A bill that will guarantee everything that you buy, rent or use, to go up in price. Forever.

http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0609/24232.html

Listen to Obama himself. If you didn't have your head dug up his butt during the election, you would have heard this.

With the exception of these 8, never to be elected again sellouts,

Mark Kirk (R-IL)
Leonard Lance (R-NJ)
Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ)
John McHugh (R-NY)
Dave Reichert (R-WA)
and Chris Smith (R-NJ),

the Republicans wanted to debate the bill, but were not given the time (just like during the Stimulus and Omnibus Bills). The Democrats also added 300 more pages at 3:09am to their bill, while having only one copy of the bill made available to be read. This is transparency?

along with the automotive industry being owned by the government, you still don't see what's going on?

The Democrats, along with the left wing media, are suppressing evidence and the opposition's voice to pass their Marxist plans.

This country is being crushed by a treasonous Administration and Democratic Party that has a confirmed Socialist agenda. If you still don't see that, check your pulse.

The Democrat agenda is simple. It's always been the same.
Have numerous government dependent leeches that provide lifelong votes. This will guarantee a continuous reigning Socialist power for their party.

Ignorance + racism + biased media = The election of Obama

If you wanted to know who has their paw prints all over the destruction of this country, look no further than ignorant college students, the racist black community, the biased media, liberal Hollywood, and the disgraceful Democratic Party.

Together, they helped elect the most unqualified, radical Socialist ever in the history of the United States. These groups also have contributed to the blatant, well orchestrated demise of this great country. All because of their ignorance, racial preference, and liberal agenda.

This country was "sold out" to the Bumper Sticker King. He didn't "inspire" people, he just made it easier for ignorant people to identify with him. Like on a "Beatlemania" sized scale.

http://blog.newsweek.com/blogs/stumper/archive/2008/02/27/how-obama-s-branding-is-working-on-you.aspx

The country was damned by ignorant college students who helped elect a "slogan," as opposed to a candidate with experience and morals.

96 percent of black voters supported Obama, just because he is black. Can you imagine the charges of "racism" if 96% of whites had voted for McCain?

You think color was a factor?

The media coddled (and still coddle) Obama with their "free passes" given to him over his entire campaign. Could you imagine the furor if McCain had attended a racist church for 20 years, or had a laundry list of America hating friends that Obama was associated with?

Ignorant Hollywood "elite" also jumped through hoops to promote this snake oil salesman.

The disgusting Democratic Party, putting a candidate on the pedestal, with absolutely no qualifications or class. Party before country, as always with the Democrats.

When you start to pay an extra $3,000 a year for energy costs, begin to see the U.S.military emasculated, realize that we are going to pay for lazy ass people's health care, and your taxes go up across the board to pay for Obama's election payoffs, you will know who to thank.

Thank the self absorbed and ignorant who voted for Obama.

At least 46 million people in this country did not drink the "Kool Aid".

California Congressman Tom McClintock telephone interview 06-04-09

Congressman McClintock represents the 4th District of California and was in Washington D.C. when he called me to conduct my scheduled interview.

65% of the targeted people in Obama's "very wealthy" tax bracket are actually small business owners. How are these small business owners supposed to survive this recession while Obama guarantees to raise all their taxes in 2010?

"They're not. A lot of these businesses are hanging on by their fingernails as it is, in this most difficult economy. The last thing that you want to do in a recession is to raise taxes. Adam Smith said that raising taxes made about as much sense as a shopkeeper raising his prices in response to a sales slump. California just proved that conclusively when it imposed the biggest tax increase by any state in American history. $13 billion dollars of tax increases effective April 1st. One of the principal parts of that tax increase was a 13% increase in California's state sales tax, by a penny on the dollar. In the months before those state increases took effect, sales tax revenues were down 19% year over year. That's what the recession did to our sales tax revenues. The tax increase took effect on April 1st. At the end of April our sales tax revenues were down 51%. 19% of that was the recession. The rest of that 51% drop in California sales tax revenue was because of the damage that the sales tax increase did to retail sales in California. The tax increases didn't close the budget gap, the tax increases made that budget gap worse. And now we want to do the same thing to our country? I don't think so".

Everything that you just explained to me is very basic. Any person who understands basic math or the fundamentals of basic taxes should know that. I don't understand why the federal government thinks that raising taxes during a recession is a good idea.

"It's true, it's common sense. Like I pointed out, shopkeepers don't raise their prices when their sales drop, they slash their prices, they hold sales, they reduce the costs when their sales go down. This administration in Washington and the Schwarzenegger administration in Sacramento did exactly the opposite. It not only defies basic economics, it defies any semblance of common sense".

Do you think Obama and his administration should forgo forcing the Universal Health Care and Cap and Trade Bills onto the American tax payers during this recession, to let us recover?

"Perhaps he (Obama) would like to ask the American tax payers, 'what do you think about paying an extra $2500 a year on your electricity bill?', because that's essentially what the cap and tax bill will cost you as an average consumer. These are nearly a trillion dollars of new taxes on energy producers that are gonna get passed onto us as the consumers through higher prices. In fact, that's true of any business tax. Businesses do not pay business taxes. There are only one of three ways business taxes can possibly be paid. One, is by us as consumers through higher prices and that's where you're gonna see their (the Democrats) cap and tax burden hit. The two other ways are that you also pay the taxes as employees, through lower wages, or you can also pay business taxes as investors, through lower earnings. Those are the only three ways a business tax can be paid. In respect to the government takeover of our health care system, ask anybody from Canada or Britain what they've had to go through once government bureaucrats are given the power to tell them what treatments they may have, and when they may receive them. The waiting lists in Canada and Britain, which is just a natural consequence of bureaucracy, are killing people all across those countries, and sending an exodus of Canadians and Britains to America to get decent care. Now if we are going to wreck America's system, where are we going to go to escape government controlled health care? Why would we want to put the same people who run the DMV, and the post office, and the TSA in charge of our doctor's offices? Universal health care implies that everyone is getting health care. That's not the case. People are being denied health care left and right. If you are too old,you no longer get it. The bureaucrats make the decision over whether you're gonna be treated, and when you are going to be treated, when they can fit you in. The nice thing about the American system, as chaotic as it is, it's still based on competition. If one health insurance company keeps you waiting too long, you can move to another. If you have the freedom to actually own your own health plan. The problem we have in America is that unless you are self employed, you don't own your own health care. Either the govt owns it or your employer owns it for you. If you don't own it, you can't control it. We need to get back to a system, and we can do that through the use of simple tax credits that would be within the reach of every American family. At least with a basic health plan, they can choose, they will own, and they can change, if it fails to serve their needs."

From my perspective, this administration is naive. They could just look at Spain and see what their version of Cap and Trade did to them, as well as look at Europe to see what their health care systems have done to their health industry.

"Or they could look at how a similar program, how the AB32

is systematically shutting down entire sectors of California's economy. Agriculture, energy production, cargo and passenger transportation, baking, distilling, construction, are all being systematically shut down by AB32, which is simply a form of this administration's proposal".

California residents already pay the highest income tax and sales tax in the country, why doesn't the state of California, actually, why doesn't the federal govt follow the pattern of Texas Gov Rick Perry, and the state of Texas? Which, at the same time, lowered it's taxes and has spent more money on border security.

" That's what we found in a recessionary economy, reducing taxes actually increases your revenues. Reducing the burdens on productivity actually increases productivity. That's something else that shouldn't be a big surprise to anyone and yet this government simply can not get it through it's thick skull, that's simply the way the world works. To understand what you can do, look back at California's own history a generation ago, in the early 1960's. We were paying about half the taxes per capita and yet California could boast of the finest highway system in the world. We had the finest public school system in the country, we were offering a free university education to every Californian who wanted one. We were producing electricity and water so cheaply that many communities didn't bother to measure the stuff. The only thing that has truly changed between those days and these days is public policy."

"In the 1970's we bureaucratized, we unionized and we centralized our service delivery system, which is simply and inherently, an efficient way of managing human institutions. Now today we face a very strange bureaucratic paradox. Despite record levels of spending and record levels of borrowing, somehow we can't produce a decent school system, or protect our families from predators, by locking up prisoners, or build a decent highway system. That is a management problem, that is not the fault of the taxpayers for not paying enough taxes."

Why isn't the state of California doing more to stop the problem of illegal immigration? It costs the state of California over $11 billion dollars a year on illegal immigrants. Shouldn't that $11 billion dollars, be used for the legal resident taxpayers of California instead?

"Of course it should and Arnold Schwarzenegger has utterly failed at his responsibilities as Governor to address that issue. And it's true that the federal government's principal responsibility is to protect the integrity of our borders, and it's true that George Bush completely abandoned that responsibility and presided over the biggest illegal immigration invasion in our nation's history. A trend that this administration shows absolutely no interest in addressing as well. But, there is a lot that the states could do then on their own and you only need to look across the border to Arizona, which several years ago, placed a requirement that every employer, before hiring an employee, had to check that employee's residency through E-Verify, which is about as simple as running a credit card through a scanner. You simply provide the name and the social security number and the federal government does an instant match on that. That has reduced the employment of illegal immigrants to practically zero, which by the way is the federal law. It is illegal to hire an illegal immigrant, that was the whole thrust of the 1986 Immigration Act, that legalized the presence of, what was then a population of about 3 million illegal aliens in the country. The deal was, we'll legalize everybody who's here now but then we're gonna actually secure our borders and prohibit the hiring of illegal aliens. Well, we legalized that population but we failed to do anything to secure our borders or to enforce the anti-employment law. The states that have done that, have had dramatic success. Arnold Schwarzenegger could have imposed that by Executive Order, but he's refused to do so for years despite repeated calls to do so."

Why did Janet Napolitano, the head of Homeland Security, order the halt of all immigration raids by federal authorities?

"I think, because they (Democrats) want to encourage illegal immigration, because they see that as a huge voting population. Our immigration laws were not written to keep people out. Our immigration laws were written to assure that as immigrants come to America, they come here in order to become American. That they acquire a common language, a common culture, and a common appreciation of American legal traditions and American constitutional principles. Illegal immigration undermines that entire foundation by which a nation of immigrants can be built. I think what they (Democrats) are actively seeking to do is to encourage the mass migration of a population that has not assimilated into American society, that has not shared those American beliefs, in limited government, in individual freedom. And I think the principle reason is because many of today's ruling Democrats don't believe in those American concepts of limited government and individual freedom."

I just wrote a piece on what you said last night. I'm glad people will now know, that I'm not a "conspiracy theorist" per se.

"It's not a conspiracy theory, its actual politicians acting in their self interest. And by so doing, acting directly contrary to the interests of our nation. The good news is that there is a huge silent majority of Americans who in the past, have not paid a lot of attention to politics because they felt they haven't needed to. You have a lot to do to run your life. You got to get up in the morning, get the kids ready for school, you've got to get to work on time, you've got to pick up the kids from school, get them to soccer practice, stop at the grocery store, stop at the dry cleaners, get dinner ready, then turn around,
and do that all again, the next morning. That doesn't leave a lot of time for people to spend their time and attention on politics until things get bad enough that they begin to sense that their country is in trouble. That's when they begin focusing enormous amounts of their time and attention on politics. They start thinking these things through very carefully and they start making very good decisions. That's how democracies get themselves out of trouble. I think we are seeing that occur now in this era of American history. I think people are beginning to sense that things are getting seriously off track. I mean, today we have the President of the United States traveling the middle east with an appeasement policy straight out of Neville Chamberlain's playbook."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Appeasement_of_Hitler

"I hope people look at that and look at all the other developments. The government takeover of our banks, the government takeover of the automobile manufacturers and automobile dealerships, and now their attempt to takeover our health care system. People are starting to become very seriously concerned about the future and that's when I think you're gonna see them start to set things right. As bad as the Jimmy Carter years were to live through, and people forget we had double digit unemployment, and double digit inflation, and 21% interest rates, and mile long lines around gas stations, and American embassies seized with impunity, and an American military so badly weakened, it could not even stage a simple rescue mission. Those four years, ultimately produced 8 years of Ronald Reagan. You look back on that now, and that's a fair trade."

Do you think the Stimulus Bill was actually a bill to help the economy? Or a bill disguised to help the Democrats, especially Obama, get their payoffs completed and their liberal pet projects done?

"Of course it (the Stimulus Bill) does not help the economy. A govt cannot inject a single dollar into the economy, that is not first taken out of that same economy. That entire policy is based on the assumption that if you take a dollar from Peter and give it to Paul and Paul's got another extra dollar to spend, he's gonna spend it and that dollar is gonna ripple through the economy. Well that's all well and good, but they forget the other half of that equation, Peter now has one less dollar to spend in that same economy. On paper that equation nets to zero. In practice, it nets to much less than zero because we're shifting huge amounts of capital from investments that had been made by Peter, based upon economic considerations to investments being made by politicians, strictly on political calculations. That is not a very productive pursuit. And that's why an $800 billion dollar stimulus package by the president's own calculations, is gonna create about 4 million jobs at most. That comes to $200,000 per job. And by the way, if you haven't noticed, they are all government jobs."

How does ACORN, which Obama had worked for in the past and is currently being investigated in over 21 states for voter fraud, be given a Stimulus Bill, tax payer gift of nearly $6 billion dollars?

"That's what politicians do. They reward their friends, they punish their enemies. ACORN was a moving force behind the democratic registrations, and 'get out the vote' efforts. It (Acorn) is now under indictment in several states for voter fraud, including right next door in Nevada. The Obama administration is rewarding them for political services rendered. I can't put it more bluntly or clearer than that. That's why the American founders believed in limiting our government. Because they knew that politicians often act contrary to the public interest when it's in their own political self interest to do so and that the best way to contain the damage they do, is to limit their power to only those things that are directly necessary to protect our freedom, our liberty, and our sovereignty."

Is the current administration and the Democratic Party taking us in a Socialist direction?

"Well, I don't know what other word you would apply to a government in which the banks, the automobile manufacturers, automobile dealers, and soon the hospitals and doctor's offices are all controlled by the government. That is Socialist. I'm sorry, but that's the word we use for it. I don't know of another (word) that applies."

What is your take on how the mainstream media has portrayed the current administration? Is the media helping the current administration pass a liberal and socialist agenda?

"Well, the good news on that front is that it used to be, you'd get your news from major newspapers chains and three networks. Technology has now taken us far beyond that. Of course, the old style media is radically left wing and we can see that bias on the NBC Nightly News or the ABC World News Tonight every single day. We all have common sense, whether you are liberal or conservative, you can look at those reporters and say 'that's really biased'. The good news is that there are so many ways to get information without having to go through those left wing avenues and people are doing that. That's why cable news stations like Fox News are doing so phenomenally well, that's why conservative talk radio is dominating the radio markets across the country, and the internet now gives everyone the ability to spontaneously organize. That's how the unprecedented turnout at these tax payer tea parties occurred. It was a tiny little cable broadcast, by Rick Santelli, from the floor of one of the stock exchanges, ranting about how he was sick and tired of being called upon to pay for the neighbor's mortgage, who took out the extra room, who bought more than they could afford, and now they decided that they can't afford that house anymore. So now, he's being called upon (by the government), in addition to pay his own mortgage to also pay theirs (the mortgage of his neighbors) as well, through his taxes. As you recall, the entire floor erupted in applause, but then something very strange happened. It got picked up on 'YouTube', and it got circulated all over the country. Pretty soon people started emailing it and started calling one another and saying, you know, he's right, we need to do something about this. I like the idea of a taxpayer tea party, let's plan on doing something on April the 15th. Nobody organized that. That was spontaneous grassroots organization. In Sacramento, one of the 800 cities in which these tax tea party rallies occurred, where normally it has 200 people showing up at a tax payer rally (in Sacramento), that's a big turnout, and we had 6,000 people show up. There were a number of groups that put it together, but there was not one central sponsor. It just happened because people recognized their country was in trouble. They needed to do something about it. Because of the internet, cable news and talk radio, they were able to organize that spontaneously. That made a big impact by the way, on the calculations of a lot of politicians. The reason why the left wing reacted so violently and viciously to those tax payer tea rallies is because they know the old story of the Emperor's new clothes. It takes one person to stand up and say, hey, the emperor's not wearing any clothes before a lot of people begin to think to themselves, so, I'm not the only one who believes that, somebody else who thinks that too. Once that happens, the entire facade comes tumbling down. That's what they're so scared of."

Why do you think the left wing media and celebrities like Janine Garafalo portrayed the people who attended these tea parties as being "racist" and "unpatriotic" ?

"And don't forget potential domestic terrorists, by the Department of Homeland Security. The Department (of Homeland Security) also by the way, refuses to use the term 'terrorist' now, in reference to Al-Qaida and to Osama bin Laden. But they are perfectly content in calling Americans, who happen to believe in the (United States) Constitution, potential domestic terrorists. There is a reason why that report (by the justice department) came out just a few days before the tax payer tea parties. They were trying to suppress the turnout by making people afraid of being smeared by that name (domestic terrorist), if they dared to turn out and protest their government and stand up for their constitution. This really is becoming this current generation's fight, over the future of our liberties, as Americans."

So many things I agree with and so many things I have learned. A Congressman, who not only spoke his mind, but spoke the truth. Not only was McClintock a great interviewee, he was also a great guy.

The Republican Party has a future.

An army of the oppressed, and misinformed has been built.

The Democrats have an agenda.

If you don't think that the Universal Health Care Bill, is a stepping stone, for the encroachment of a socialist agenda by the Obama administration, then you are a lost cause. This is not me talking through a psychedelic "puff of smoke", or me spewing out a loony "government conspiracy theory", this is the truth.

The direct purpose of the current administration and the democratic party, is to have the ideology of socialism run the government by having so many people dependent on it, that it cannot be overturned easily, voted out quickly, or stopped fast enough.

Not only do they want to handcuff the country to Socialist ideas, they want to remain entrenched in the system, forever.

Once again, the democrats will use their "wild card" to help them pass their agenda.
The same "wild card" that helped them in the presidential election.

Government dependents.

Did you honestly think that it's a coincidence that some of the cities in this country, that have a large number of government dependents, are almost always run by Democrats?

It's not a coincidence.

This is a calculated plan by the Democratic Party, to manage cities with a large segment of people who are dependent upon government aid. The Democrats do this to secure votes. Never really caring about the people themselves.

People, are just votes to the democrats.
Voters who need to eat, and will do anything to be fed.
If you keep them full, they will always do as they are told.
But you must continue to feed them.

It's crude, but it's a method that works.

I believe that Democrats are keeping the government dependent voters content, but never doing enough to let them succeed and excel. If they succeed, they don't need the government assistance anymore, and they'll be able to walk away to become free thinkers, and independent of government assistance. The democrats realize this, so they manipulate the system to continuously breastfeed these people, never weening them off.

Families are birthed into this,
neighborhoods are built by this,
and cities are run by their dependency of aid from the federal government.

After many years, the homeless, the poor, and the forgotten, just "expect" to stay underprivileged and continue their dependency of the government.

An army of the oppressed, and misinformed has been built.

Think about it, after years of the democrats stating they were the party for the poor, why are there still enormous amounts of poor people in their cities that they manage?
Continuously.

Look at some cities in the country that have a large government dependent base.
Then look at the mayors that those government dependent people have continuously elected.

Democrats.

I've listed 20 cities that have a large amount of government dependent people.
These cities all have one thing in common, all 20 cities are run by, and continuously run by Democrats.

Coincidence?

Obama said, he believes in spreading "the wealth around." Obama also promised that if he were elected, he would pass Universal Health Care.

ACORN, who Obama worked for, for several years, also just so happens to be established with offices in all of the above cities mentioned.

Another coincidence?

http://www.acorn.org/index.php?id=12345&L=1%3Fid%3D8

And like Obama, ACORN seemed mighty interested in health care reform during the election cycle.

Why would a community organizer association be so interested in something that they don't even list among their numerous objectives on their website?

http://msplaceddemocrat.com/http:/msplaceddemocrat.com/why-is-acorn-involved-in-health-care-reform/

This was taken directly from the "About us" from the ACORN home page.

"Issue campaigns: Each ACORN office carries out multiple issue campaigns. ACORN members across the country work to raise the minimum wage or enact living wage policies; eliminate predatory financial practices by mortgage lenders, payday lenders, and tax preparation companies; win the development of affordable housing and community benefits agreements; improve the quality of and funding for urban public schools; rebuild New Orleans; and pass a federal and state ACORN Working Families Agenda, including paid sick leave for all full time workers."

Is that just another coincidence?

California Assemblyman Roger Niello Telephone Interview 05-21-09

Assemblyman Niello represents the 5th district in the California State Assembly.

What is going on with the focus of the Republican Party over the past several years?

"I think the challenge is a little bit different in California verses the rest of the country. In the rest of the country, we were in the majority for a while and we lost it (the majority), whereas of course in California, we have been pretty consistently in the minority for a few decades, with just a few shining moments back in the mid 90's. And so, at the national level, when we (the Republicans) took over the government, and started to govern, we maybe gotten a little too close to the government, and a little bit to comfortable with the role of government. As a ruling party in Washington D.C. we sort of accepted a little bit too much spending, and a little bit too much government, that is, I think, comfortable for Republican principles. The voters noticed that and there was a change unfortunately, and unfortunately that change is taking us exactly in the wrong direction, but none the less, it did happen. In California we of course have been in the minority for quite some time, sometimes I wonder if we have a firm grasp of our strategic principles, I guess I can say that both at the national and the California level, but particularly in California because the Republican principles that should unite us, I believe, are such things as, limited government, personal freedoms and responsibilities (that is allowed by a more limited govt), policies that foster a strong, free enterprise capitalist system, as well as traditional family values. These are the large issues, that in my opinion that should unite us".

http://www.placergop.org/principles

"The one thing that's been instructive to me since we adopted the budget in February, is we tend to maybe focus a little bit too much on the tools we use to achieve those principles, and to the point, that maybe those tools become principles in and of themselves. Maybe not entirely, but specifically in this case, (the case of) tax policy. The reasons we do believe, as Republicans, that taxes should be as low as possible, and taxes should be fair, hopefully flat, as opposed to graduated, and certainly comprehensible. I think we all can agree on those principles. That provides us for the ability to have a more limited govt, more personal freedom, a free and healthy enterprise, while high taxation does exactly the opposite, with regards to all those guiding principles. The reason that I accepted the completely, distasteful option of some broad based and temporary tax increases, is because the alternative of the state running out of cash, in my opinion, would have done far more damage to the economy of California then would have, the temporary tax increases. And I am focused on that strong economy, and the taxes will go away, we will continue to try to get reforms to pursue those broad principles of limited government, personal responsibility and a healthy economy.

Do you think there is one thing that the Republican Party can do to attract new members? People seem to think that as the Republican party gets smaller, it becomes less vocal.

"Two things. First of all, we get smaller, but we do not get less vocal. We've become more vocal, more vocal in a way that we end up getting so mad at our own members, for daring to interpret our principles a little bit differently that we want to take our own members out of office. We seem to get more upset with our own members more than we do with members of the other party, who don't just violate individual tools to reach our principles, but just trample all over our principles. I think two things happened this last election. First of all, we had an opponent on the other side, Barrack Obama, who really sparked their base, who also happened to spark a lot of people in the middle, who I believe, just don't know what they bought, but I think they'll figure it out".

"He (Obama) had an outstanding grassroots organization, and all of that allowed the Barrack Obama campaign to tremendously increase Democratic registrations, and that happened in California, as well as lots of other states. That's a short term phenomenon that I think, we can overcome. The way we're going to overcome it, is by understanding what our broader principles are. We can debate things on how to get there, but debate does not mean censoring, shouting down and attempting to remove from office, people that we disagree with on individual policies. It's been my experience, based upon things that I've heard from friends, and constituents, and other people around the state, that people dropped out of the Republican party, to at least, a certain extent because they're kind of nonplussed by the nature of that discourse".

You are in a unique position to answer my next few questions. You have a 25 year history in the automotive history by working at your family's automobile dealerships.

http://www.niello.com/map.php

Do you agree with Obama's new government plan that was recently signed to limit the emissions in automobiles?

http://www.reuters.com/article/environmentNews/idUSTRE53R68U20090428?feedType=RSS&feedName=environmentNews

"The only thing that I would tip my hat to (with the new plan) is that at least we have a national standard, and it's easier for manufacturers to meet a national standard, as opposed to a dozen different standards throughout 50 different states (that's impossible), but I totally disagree with the premise of that policy. The premise being, not just the issue of trying to drive a better fuel efficient vehicle and trying to limit our dependence on foreign oil, (actually they even say eliminate our dependence of foreign oil, I don't think we can do that realistically) but none the less, to the extent that those policies can make sense, but the greater premise of that policy is global warming and the reduction of CO2 emissions. Because of it (the policy) being driven by the reduction CO2 emissions, as opposed to fuel efficiency, and lowering the dependence on foreign oil, it drives us to a tremendous disadvantage of our fossil fuels in particular there's a tremendous advantage of diesel that we are not achieving and these policies tend to disadvantage that, and potentially advantage approaches that are far less efficient and much more expensive like electricity and the like. One national standard frankly makes imminent sense, and I think that most manufacturers would agree with that. I think you would also find that if you had private discussion with the manufacturers (that were at that press conference) agreeing with Obama, it was out of a defensive posture, as opposed to embracing the details (of this emissions policy)".

Do you think that these new standards are going to put another nail in the coffin of the auto industry?

"Well, it is difficult to understand how a company, that's headed into bankruptcy is going to be able to afford the investments in power plants and vehicles, that may or may not be in true demand by the buyers. I'm not gonna say that (the policy) is going to threaten the demise of the domestic automotive manufacturers, because that demise may already be determined. The viability of the domestic auto manufacturers is already seriously in question, and a good deal of that is because frankly a lot of their own mistakes over the last several decades".

How could auto companies fairly compete against each other, now that some have an endless supply of "our" tax dollars, while being taken over by the govt?

"That's an interesting question. I believe the Ford motor company is in a uniquely strong position right now if they can continue to hold on through this downturn without turning to govt money, because they will have control over their product development. There is no amount of resources, unlimited from a printing press or otherwise, that can overcome decisions to develop products that politicians might view as being desirable, but the buying public does not necessarily. If I was Ford motor company, I would encourage and hope, in every way I could that congress and the President (Obama) would become involved in the design of products for Chrysler and General Motors, and I would continue to research the market and develop the products that people are actually gonna buy".

Basically, a privately owned company would have to compete against the govt in the auto industry.
Do you think the govt should be giving "bailout" money to the private industries? like the auto industry?

"No. I think that much of which that's been done at the federal level, is fundamentally flawed from a philosophic standpoint, and in the longer term, potentially terrible inflationary".

The state budget deficit is expected to hit upwards of $20-$22 billion dollars in July.
What are your thoughts on the California State Budget not passing?

"We just concluded our first Budget Conference Committee meeting just before I called you, and we are looking at something upwards of over $20 billion, but keep in mind, that is a number that we can depend upon now, in all accuracy, only if you believe the economy has hit bottom and we can't recover, which of course, we're not (at bottom). So the problem will probably deteriorate further, we'll have to plug the gap that we know we have now, and move on. We're probably gonna have to reopen things during the year as things do deteriorate (further), or until we begin to recover. We have a very serious challenge, that has many difficult levels of cuts to make. Especially if we're gonna do it without being able to change any mandates that have been imposed upon us, by initiatives that had been passed by the voters in the past".

"I do think that basically the voters said, we passed these things in the past, don't ask us to change them, and to work with what you got. I do think that message was part of what we got. Just to discuss that point for a moment, the spin in the wake of that election points out to me, that especially with this election, because of the the very unique coalitions that developed on both sides of those issues, there were conservatives and liberals in favor, and there were conservatives and liberals opposed, for that reason people can draw up conclusions about that election in any way that they want to, to kind of serve their agenda. In my opinion, I think what happened was, we brought the voters into what is just classic, by the nature of the process, a somewhat messy compromise. The budget, every year, is the ultimate compromise of anything that we do in the legislature, or congress. It's a big bill, dealing in a series of bills with a whole bunch of things, and there's just no way that in a budget, anybody is going to be satisfied with every single ingredient in a budget."

"I once had somebody say to me that if they didn't agree with every line item in a budget, they could never support the budget, well that ain't ever gonna happen, that just isn't. So you vote on a budget and you compromise on the budget, you learn to swallow what you don't like. That is a classic political compromise that goes on within every deliberative democracy in the world and every deliberative jurisdiction within the representative democracy that is the United States. Deliberative bodies do that all the time, but what we did was of necessity because we were changing things that voters had imposed in the first place. We took that rather complex compromise and put it before the voters. That kind of compromise, and political maneuvering if you will, works under the Capitol dome (State Capitol) but it doesn't work so well on Main Street and in my opinion I think that's fundamentally why it was rejected. I don't know if voters would articulate it that way, but everything I heard pointed to that. 'Don't make me make your decisions', 'these are too complicated', etc etc. And I think that's basically why it (the bill) failed. The point is we have a huge gap to fill, we are somewhat restricted in the way we're gonna be able to do it, but we're gonna have to do it, plain and simple".

To save money, if illegal immigration in California alone, costs almost $11 billion dollars a year, why isn't more being done to stop illegal immigration?

http://usgovinfo.about.com/od/immigrationnaturalizatio/a/caillegals.htm

"Well, I've read some articles about what illegal immigration costs us, and it is a lot of money. I don't know if it's (the number I quoted) is that high, it's easily $5 to $6 billion. The problem is, the vast majority of that, all but maybe a few hundred million is because of federal mandates, and we can't change that. I wish we could, and we should be able to, but we can't because of the illegals that are in prisons, and they (the federal govt) are supposed to reimburse us, but they don't. It is also against federal law to restrict undocumented children in schools. They (illegals) have to be treated in hospital emergency rooms by federal mandate, those are the bulks of the cost. And of course, the control of the borders is a federal responsibility too. The borders are not adequately controlled. I think that the process makes it so difficult for people to come in (to the United States) legally, that it forces them to come in illegally and they do it easily, because the borders aren't controlled. We have a horrible problem of enabling this situation we have to deal with, by the lack of action on the part of the federal govt".

I like the word that you used, "enabling", because why does this country do so much to assist the illegal immigrants? Instead of illegal immigrants being deported, they get health care assistance, public schooling, food discounts. The chance to come here illegally, and then possibly be deported is worth it to them.

"That's right, and I hear from people a lot about that to. (They ask) How can you vote against providing certain assistance to people, whether they are legal or illegal? And my point is, I just don't want to encourage more. And that's what happens when you have those allowances, you encourage more. The fact of the matter is, there is a heck of a lot more attraction to living in the United States, then there is to living in about 80% of the rest of the world".

Do you think the Democrats don't want to stop illegal immigration?
Possibly because they are waiting for an Immigration Reform Bill to come, and use that Immigration Bill to register a whole new wave of Democrats? Or is it a Washington issue once again?

"That's an interesting question. Certainly, a popular, sort of theory is that all these folks would naturally be voters for the Democrats, and that's why Democrats want that (Immigration Reform Bill). From a philosophy completely separate aside from illegal immigration, what concerns me about that particular presumption is that it sounds like Republicans are giving up any voting base from new legal immigrants. How different would illegal immigrants be from legal immigrants, when they're just new to the country? obviously the fact that they are breaking the law and all that is different, but the point is, if we assume that's the case, then we're basically saying that any new person to this country is automatically gonna be a Democrat, not a Republican and that's a dangerous assumption to make because we have the opportunity to register new Republicans at every single Naturalism ceremony 9and there's a bunch of them). That's kind of a sidebar point, but I think it's important for us to keep in line because we did start off about the challenge of Republican registrations, and many ethnic minorities are naturally conservative folks, certainly socially. It wasn't until 1930 that almost all African Americans were Republicans. I'm just not willing to give up on those ethnic groups as potential Republicans. But with that point aside, the immigration issue is emotionally charged, both on the pro, as well as the con. It seems as though when they discuss doing something at the national level, every side of the argument erupts and it sort of scares everybody into inaction back in Washington D.C. and I don't know what the answer to that is".

Are the PERS (Public Employees Retirement System) payments still safe in this economy?
Are there going to be changes in the way public employees receive their retirement payments in the future?

"Well, I'd be concerned about that and when I talk to public employees, especially about pension issues, I tell them they ought to be concerned about that for a couple of reasons. First of all, yes, the current economic dynamics are creating challenges that will cause great stress to retirement systems which are forced to pay out benefits on a defined benefit basis, whether they have the resources to do it or not. That's the challenge of the economy in the near term. The other problem is the longer term, the near term economic challenges, not withstanding. The pressures of the under-funding of the Public Retiree Systems, plus the really unrecognized obligation of retiree health care benefits is causing, and will increasingly cause huge stress on our (state) budget. And that's not even part of our discussions right now, but it sure as heck will be in the future".

"The third thing that's sort of impacting that is, in my opinion, I don't think that a defined benefit plan is anymore a viable, long term, and sustainable plan. It requires that all risks of retirement funding be on the employer, and none of it (the risks) on the employee, besides making certain contributions. I just don't know that's really a sustainable model. The private sector has recognized it as such because the private sector almost entirely has 401k plans. Any of the defined benefit plans have ceased to exist either by companies abandoning them, or the companies that had them, going broke, at least partially because of the obligation to those defined benefit plans".

"Eventually, you got to think that the rest of the people in our society, in the private sector, in 401k plans, who by the way, pay all the bills for the public sector, are eventually gonna get a little bit concerned about the fact that the pensions they are paying with their tax dollars, are more generous seemingly than those that they have privately. There could be a voter revolt over that, just as there was for Proposition 13 (a proposition that appeared on the May 19th, 2009 special election ballot. It was also known as Property tax: new construction exclusion: seismic retrofitting)" and things like that. On all different levels, I would be concerned about public pensions, and I think that we should be working to reform what I think is a long term, and not viable system in the first place. I think we should be working to try and reform that on a controlled basis as opposed to it happening because of a revolt ".

Marijuana if legalized, is estimated to possibly bring in $1 billion dollars per year in profit to the state of California, any possibility that California would implement the legalization of Marijuana?

http://www.thebigmoney.com/articles/judgments/2009/02/11/audacity-dope

"I don't want to say there is not a possibility of it, but I would say, on that basis (just for the state to make a profit), I would categorically be opposed to it. I don't think we should consider doing that (legalizing Marijuana) because of increased revenue. That is a corrupt motivation, that would be driving a decision that ought to made for entirely different reasons. If you want to debate the legalization of Marijuana, fine, but you debate it on the merits. I don't agree with it on the merits. I don't think that we need to legalize another drug that is potentially habit forming, 'potentially' damaging, and also I a believe, at least to an extent, is a gateway drug. I've been really attacked for saying that, but I believe, at least to a limited extent, that it is. These are the sorts of things that should be addressed in the debate of whether you legalize Marijuana, or not. You shouldn't minimize those legitimate human effects, just by the allure of a whole bunch of increased tax revenue".

It should be noted that Niello advised that he used the word "potentially" because he knows there are different studies conducted on Marijuana that have produced different results.

What about medicinal purposes?

"That's already been approved by the state and I always suggest that perhaps that it can be done through synthetic or alternative administration forms as opposed to the weed itself, because of the fact that for medicinal purposes, it's just to easy then for it to be diverted into the casual use market. That feeds the potential problems of the debate of legalizing more broadly anyway. But as I've said, in California, that's already been approved."

The legalization for medicinal purposes has been approved in California, but it is still shunned on the federal level?

"Yes they do, because the federal law is still what the federal law is. But again, the debate ought to be on the merits or demerits of the effects of the drug. That particular argument ought not to be diluted or slanted in any way because of the ability to increase tax revenues. That's a perversion of greed of the private sector."

Chest, Triceps, Politics

I like to talk politics.

No matter where I am.

Recently, some guy from the gym, ( let's just call him "Mr. Ignorant"), was eavesdropping in on a conversation that I was having with a buddy regarding blueberry crepes (which, believe it or not, the conversation actually started out by me suggesting that Obama was a Socialist, alien, snake oil salesman or something thereother).

Anyways,

Mr. Ignorant sits up from the machine he was at and says aloud, "Obama ain't a Socialist" and "Bush was a big time Fascist."

Perfect "In" for me.

I ask Mr. Ignorant if he even knows what a Fascist is.

He said something to the effect that "Bush was a dictator who killed innocent Muslims during the wars" and he (meaning G.W.) "Invaded our civil liberties."

Ok. This dude is obviously bitter about something.

Maybe his arms. Tiny things they are.
Needs to do more straight bar curls.

I simply laugh at Mr. Ignorant, and say he is nuts.

Seriously.

If you are gonna make a political statement, at least know what the frak you are talkin' about.

It's amazing that we even let people like Mr. Ignorant help usher in the most unqualified, shady individual EVER into the U.S. Presidency.

Are we really out numbered by people with this type of logic?
Uggh.

Facts begin here.

Calling someone a "Fascist" is used to specifically denigrate that individual.

So understand what you are calling someone before you open your mouth.

Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary states Fascism is "a political philosophy, movement, or regime (as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition".

Hmm.
That don't sound like no G.W.
That sounds like someone else I know.

You don't know who?

Another clue.

The word fascist is intended to mean "oppressive", "intolerant", "chauvinist", "genocidal", "dictatorial", "racist", or "aggressive."

Still wondering who I'm referring to?

Let's reword it to make it simplified for you.

Fascism is when a governmental system is led by a dictator.

What's a dictator?

A dictator:

wants/needs complete power;
forcibly suppresses any/all opposition;
emphasize an aggressive nationalism/socialism

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nationalism

Now you know who I was referring to.

Think about it.

Obama has a lot of the same characteristics of a dictator, socialist, and a fascist.

Obama has the shadiest background of any President in United States Presidential history.

Obama has a confirmed history of having associates, co-workers, friends, even a pastor, who were known socialists, nationalists, racists, and terrorists.

Obama's handling of the economy, Stimulus Bill, strong-arm bailouts, Pork stuffed paybacks, and views on terrorism are downright dangerous and naive.

People like Mr. Ignoarnt voted in droves for Obama and helped him get elected without knowing a damn single fact about him.

So, for all the folks who voted for Obama, did you get...

that taste of "Hope?"
that smell of "Change?"
that view of the "Most transparent" and "Most ethical administration ever?"

If so, do you like what you got so far?

Was selling the soul of this country really worth it?

"These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast".

“We’ve begun the work of remaking America” - Barrack Hussein Obama, 2009

“We’ve begun the work of remaking America”

That's what "that guy" said tonight.

Kinda reminded me of the Darth Vader quote,
"Today will be a day long remembered. It has seen the death of Kenobi, and soon the fall of the rebellion."

Kenobi, meaning Republicans.
Rebellion, meaning the United States.

It's not a stretch. Its definitely comparable.
Although I'm kinda positive that Vader did not have a teleprompter droid.

If you are NOT seeing what is going on in this country, then you have serious common sense issues.
This country is being twisted leftward at such a scary pace, that pretty soon, this country will begin to lose it's identity.

It needs to stop.

Who really is Obama?
Why was he ushered in at such a frenzied speed?
Who really are his influences?
Why does he always talk about changing this country? Some tweaking and tightening, maybe, but changing? Absolutely not.

You know nothing about him.
You say you do, but you don't.

Let's break it down.

Obama attended Harvard Law School after earning a bachelor's degree from Columbia University. He also attended Occidental College prior to Columbia.

Great schools.
Reputable.
Popular.

How come I don't recall many classmates or teachers from any of those 3 schools being interviewed during the election cycle? I mean, the media coverage was huge for Obama. Didn't anyone in the media ever think to question a friend or teacher of his at any of the 3 colleges he attended?

I dunno, maybe see who his friends were? What he did in his spare time? What influences he was drawn to? I do recall though, several radical left-wing folks who were brought up, and then quickly dismissed as being an "Acquaintance" or "Non-factor" by the mainstream media and Heathencrats.

I didn't forget.

There are so many bad acorns falling from the tree of Obama, let's shake the big ones loose.

Frank Marshall Davis

A self-admitted child rapist and pervert who was suspected of being a Communist in the 50's (Davis was accused of involvement in several communist-front organizations by the House anti-communist congressional committee) was introduced to Barrack Obama by Obama's grandfather, Stanley Dunham.

In Obama's book, "Dreams From My Father", Obama openly admits attending "socialist conferences" and coming into contact with Marxist literature. Read that line again.

http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/08/obamas-mentor-a.html

Weather Underground bombers William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn

Obama attempted to downplay his relationship with Ayers, but can not escape the fact that he served on a board for nine years with Ayers for the "Woods Fund."

For those of you who do not know of the Weather Underground, the group was initially known as the "Weathermen," and claimed responsibility for a series of bombings, including the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weatherman_(organization)

Ayers is "a guy who lives in my neighborhood" Obama has said.

When Obama was making his first run for the Illinois Senate in the early 90's, Ayers had Obama to his home to introduce him to others. Obama at first denied that this happened.

Obama also wrote a review in Ayers book, "A kind and Just Parent".

http://www.zombietime.com/zomblog/?p=64

I guess a "acquaintance" means something totally different than what I initially thought.

Reverend Jeremiah Wright

Here we go. Call me a racist.

"The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God damn America, that's in the Bible for killing innocent people".

Wright also stated that the United States brought on the 9/11 attacks with its own "terrorism."

Nothing like attending a church for 20 years and listening to this filth. Great place to bring the kids!
Oh, and for the friend who said the sermon "clips" were "taken out of context", get a clue.

BTW, Rev. Wright married Obama, baptized his two daughters and is credited by Obama for the title of his book, "The Audacity of Hope."

Take a gander at the vids of some of Wright's "passionate" sermons.

Barf.

Carl Davidson and the New Party

A prominent member of Chicago’s New Party, Davidson was an early supporter of Barack Obama. Obama sought and received an endorsement from the New Party and they assisted with his campaign.

Still have no idea who Davidson is?

Just an American Marxist, who said

"I'm from Chicago … and I've known Obama from the time he came to the New Party to get our endorsement for his first race ever…. He said all the right things to the ACORN and New Party folks, and we endorsed him (in 1996), but I noticed too, that he seemed to measure every answer to questions put to him several times before coming out with it...."

Man, that ACORN has been around Obama for a while, huh?

Click on the link to see what kinda fun people the New Party is.

ACORN

Where do I start?

How 'bout here.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ewI1QD0QUoA

Obama was a community activist for ACORN.
Obama also was a leadership trainer for ACORN.
Obama was the lead organizer for ACORN’s Project Vote.
Obama also lobbied for the expansion of high risk housing loans (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) that led to the current crisis.

"I’ve been fighting alongside ACORN on issues you care about my entire career. Even before I was an elected official, when I ran the Project Vote voter registration drive in Illinois, ACORN was smack dab in the middle of it, and we appreciate your work".
- Barack Obama, Speech to ACORN, November 2007

Hmmmmm.
ACORN.
I smell something fishy.

Saul Alinsky

Barack Obama received his training in “community organizing” from Saul Alinsky’s Industrial Areas Foundation.

Alinsky also authored the warm and fuzzy books
Reveille for Radicals (1946)
The Professional Radical (1970)
and
Rules for Radicals (1971)

Alinsky's elements of community organizing were listed as:

1- Develop a "trade union in the social factory" to serve as a vehicle by which people in the neighborhood can bargain, strike, and struggle to advance their agendas;
2- create a power-oriented community organization willing to use militant, confrontational tactics
3- promote a democratic organization where organizers do not themselves lead, but rather develop local leaders so as to create the veneer of self-determination and grassroots democracy

"The leaders and organizers of the Industrial Areas Foundation build organizations whose primary purpose is power - the ability to act - and whose chief product is social change."

Why does it seem that the majority of Obama's past is connected to some sort of radical Socialist agenda?

The Gamaliel Foundation

The Gamaliel Foundation models itself after the activism of none other than 60s radical Saul Alinsky.

The Gamaliel Foundation is also not in favor of the homeland security measures and its immigration restrictions. Ana Garcia-Ashley, the Gamaliel Foundation's Director of Civil Rights for Immigrants, described the Patriot Act as an "attack on immigrants." They also want the U.S. government to legalize and provide rights to tax-paying illegal immigrants in this country.

All these people and radical groups that Obama has been hand in hand with still don't worry you?

Did you really eat all the "He's not a marxist" and "He doesn't have radical friends" crap sandwiches that the media and Heathencrats were feeding you?

Open your eyes sheeple. A storm is a comin'.

Somewhere in Kenya or Indonesia, a village is missing its Idiot.

The U.S. Constitution (Section 1 of Article II) clearly states the following:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Now if I recall correctly, Obama said he was born in Hawaii on August 4th, 1961.

But his relatives, and not the Aunt who lives here illegally (but still managed contribute money to Obama's campaign while living in subsidized housing)

state that they witnessed Barrack Obama's birth in Kenya. Obama's paternal grandmother states that she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Here's some more Hope and Change for ya.

Say what?
Noooooooo.
Obama and the Democrats wouldn't lie would they?
Try and cover up a lil' oversight, like ummm, their candidate's eligibility?
I mean, they have to use a secure and detailed vetting process right?
Or is it similar to the vetting process that was used by the Democrats to vet all of Obama's current cabinet?
And we all know what happened there. Ten of Obama's hand picked candidates had tax problem issues, three of which removed themselves from being appointed.
The party of "Transparency?"
I don't think so.

http://puzo1.blogspot.com/

Could a lil' thing like "eligibility" put a crack in the halo of the "Messiah?"

http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/07/obamas-birth-no.html

Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which states "that unless the accused party provides written answer or objection to charges within 30 days, the accused legally admits the matter."

There is even an online petition, that yours truly has signed (I'm petitioner # 36) which has over 365,884 American born citizens questioning the eligibility of Barrack Hussein Obama.

http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=81550

Interesting.

Obama has only filed motions to dismiss the case and never actually answered any of the claims. Which, according to Rule 36, Obama has legally admitted he is not a natural-born citizen.

http://wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=96452

Now I know it's a stretch.
But if there is any inkling of information that the President of the United States, was in fact, not a United States citizen, shouldn't that information be investigated?
Fully?
No matter if the person can read a teleprompter like no other?

I mean, Obama has rammed down so many ultra liberal things down the U.S. citizens throats (calm down Barney Frank) that did anyone step back and actually wonder why so much "change" has been done in so little time?

These claims may be bogus. This may be a conspiracy theory. The numerous lawsuits against the President to show his "True" birth certificate may be far-fetched.
But if you are "The One," and can squelch these accusations by just showing your birth certificate, why wouldn't you? Instead, you retain expensive lawyers who are snowballing the public who have legitimate concerns.

The lefties will say, "the media would have discovered this during the campaign."

Umm. Right. The media did a great job of vetting then-candidate Obama.
The media has ZERO credibility because of how they handled the past election. Do you think they would honestly report anything that would challenge their candidate. Wake up. Mainstream media is a joke. And anyone who expects to get the truth out of the mainstream media is mistaken. Read this lil' article to see for yourself.

Lastly, whether you like Alan Keyes or not, he is a patriotic individual who speaks his mind. Listen to what he has to say in the below link. Sounds pretty damn straight forward to me.

See Ya, Benedict Arlen

And I was just gonna go RhINO huntin'.

Traitor.
Two-faced.
Spinless.
Back stabber.
Cylon.

Benedict Arlen.

Arlen Specter announced today that he was a coward and would rather sell his soul to the devil so he can prolong his miserable existence in the Senate.

Something like that.

Take him.

He is EXACTLY who I always said he was.

A Sell out.
Benedict Arlen sold us out.

All of us.

How could anyone in their right mind announce the day before "The Messiah" has a "Kiss my ass and worship me" Fest, that they are leaving the Republican Party because the party was going "Too far right."

Is that a joke?

If anything, the G.O.P. has been slightly bending left for the past 5 years (which infuriates me). But if that's what Benedict Arlen says, then so be it. Glad to see you go. Take your toys and go home.

But wait. Reality check.
Fillibuster scenarios for the Republicans are done. Now the Dems and their lordship can shove more liberal laws down our throats.

Specter not only stuck the knife in the Republican back, he also twisted it.

His vote for the Porkulus Bill that Obama and the heathencrats wanted, was his way of leaving his mark. Like when a senile dog leaves his mark on his masters chair. Specter's middle finger to the G.O.P. is so much clearer now. Isn't it?

I never trusted or liked Specter. After years of seeing this phony Republican support Abortion and then by signing that pork stuffed disgrace of a "Stimulus" bill. The bill that was never read by any of the Democrats, or the 3 backstabbing RhINO's who signed it, over to the Teleprompter King/Snake Oil Salesman/President, Barrack Hussein Obama, to me, was the icing on top of the crap cake.

Clean out your desk and just leave now.
You put on a show for years to say you were a "Conservative?"

A confused man who jumped ship a long long time ago.
1966 was it?
When you betrayed your old party? The Democrats.
Were you afraid of losing your Senate seat back then also?
Or did you see the Democrats moving too far-left?

"All that has happened before, will happen again"
-the Book of Pythia

I honestly wanted to see you lose to Pat Toomey in the upcoming election. He did have a 20 point ass-pounding poll lead. But just seeing you leave is fine.

Have fun with the Democratic Party.
It's easier to see all the Capitalist hating, liberals all together.
Cackling, rubbing their hands together while making a huge pot of poison brew.
You think I jest?

One down.
Two to go.

Senators Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe, both from Maine.

RhINO season is still open.
