The U.S. Constitution (Section 1 of Article II) clearly states the following:

"No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

Now if I recall correctly, Obama said he was born in Hawaii on August 4th, 1961.

But his relatives, and not the Aunt who lives here illegally (but still managed contribute money to Obama's campaign while living in subsidized housing)

Obama has only filed motions to dismiss the case and never actually answered any of the claims. Which, according to Rule 36, Obama has legally admitted he is not a natural-born citizen.

Now I know it's a stretch.
But if there is any inkling of information that the President of the United States, was in fact, not a United States citizen, shouldn't that information be investigated?

These claims may be bogus. This may be a conspiracy theory. The numerous lawsuits against the President to show his "True" birth certificate may be far-fetched.
But if you are "The One," and can squelch these accusations by just showing your birth certificate, why wouldn't you? Instead, you retain expensive lawyers who are snowballing the public who have legitimate concerns.
