How could anyone in their right mind announce the day before "The Messiah" has a "Kiss my ass and worship me" Fest, that they are leaving the Republican Party because the party was going "Too far right."

If anything, the G.O.P. has been slightly bending left for the past 5 years (which infuriates me). But if that's what Benedict Arlen says, then so be it. Glad to see you go. Take your toys and go home.

Fillibuster scenarios for the Republicans are done. Now the Dems and their lordship can shove more liberal laws down our throats.
Specter not only stuck the knife in the Republican back, he also twisted it.
His vote for the Porkulus Bill that Obama and the heathencrats wanted, was his way of leaving his mark. Like when a senile dog leaves his mark on his masters chair. Specter's middle finger to the G.O.P. is so much clearer now. Isn't it?
I never trusted or liked Specter. After years of seeing this phony Republican support Abortion and then by signing that pork stuffed disgrace of a "Stimulus" bill. The bill that was never read by any of the Democrats, or the 3 backstabbing RhINO's who signed it, over to the Teleprompter King/Snake Oil Salesman/President, Barrack Hussein Obama, to me, was the icing on top of the crap cake.
